Seed Sale

Seed Sale is the first fundraising phase of a project. Project owners sell tokens at low prices to a limited number of investors. This stage usually involves investors who have supported the development of the project and the sale period is limited.

Private Sale

A Private Sale is a type of token sale offered exclusively to select investors. In this stage, which comes after the seed sale, the project sells larger amounts of tokens to a specific group of investors. Usually aimed at VCs and private investors, this sale takes place before the public sale.

Public Sale

Public Sale is the phase where the project sells tokens publicly. At this stage, everyone has the chance to join the project and buy tokens. The Public Sale is usually held at a higher price than the pre-sales and aims to reach a wide audience. At this stage, the Atlaspad platform allows investors to join the project in a secure and transparent way.
